Future Leaders Institute, Leadership Transitions, will prepare you to initiate, implement and support change and provide direction on how to sustain it.

Building upon the leadership concepts addressed in the Future Leaders Institute: Leadership Fundamentals, this series will examine change “ from the inside out,” starting with self care and leading toward meaningful sustained change within their organization. Leadership Transitions will provide mid and senior-level managers with enhanced awareness, skills and tools to manage transitions. This series includes workshops on:

• Executive Surviving and Thriving
• Managing Transitions
• Managing Different Generations at Work
• Succession Planning
